Role:
Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting, responsible for delivering nursing care under the supervision of office Practice Managers and Physicians.
- Perform phone triage, communicate test results, handle medication refills, prior authorizations, and educate patients on care plans.
- Review and respond to patient messages via electronic medical records.
- Chart patient information accurately in Epic EMR system.
- Current IL nursing licensure required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital environment.
- BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
Provide comprehensive nursing services, communicate effectively with patients, and maintain accurate documentation.
