Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team part time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
You will manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and families, with new grads welcome. You will see roughly 16–20 patients daily, perform wellness visits and H&Ps, and coordinate with collaborating physicians, specialists, and facility staff to keep care seamless.
