OSF Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for an inpatient/ED role in Rockford, IL. You will provide care coordination across the continuum, assess symptoms, and support patients and families while collaborating with the care team.
This 11/12 weekend program requires RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and basic EMR/Microsoft proficiency. Night/weekend differentials apply, with a weekend premium of 40% for hours 7pm Friday to 7:30am Monday.
