Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse needed for a 3x12 night shift at a skilled nursing facility. The role offers up to $2,000 per week and a temp-to-perm opportunity. Nurses will provide comprehensive care and support a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Supervise nursing assistants and support staff.
- Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Active RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
