RN - OR Supervisor
Join our team as an RN - OR Supervisor, where you'll lead the operating room team to ensure exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing- Oversee daily operations of the operating room
- Manage surgical staff and coordinate schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical personnel
- Provide training and development for OR staff
- Current Illinois RN license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operating room setting
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols
