Build your individual schedule and practice as an employed provider with the partnership of your collaborating physician, operational leaders, and support staff. EPIC EMR. Vast multi-specialty referral sources, 501c3 non-for-profit.

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program
• Hold an active state APRN/PA license
• Skilled at providing exceptional care
• The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team

• Highly competitive compensation: $95,000 - $145,000
