UChicago Medicine in Chicago, IL, seeks an Assistant Patient Care Manager for the 4W Cardiovascular/Thoracic/Heart/Lung Transplant unit at the Hyde Park campus. This 100% onsite role oversees patient flow, quality audits, and Daily Improvement boards under supervision of the Patient Care Manager.
You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, lead shift huddles, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during evenings (1:00pm–11:30pm).
