Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff.
Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Active RN License
Current BLS Certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Skills:
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehab, or Acute Care experience preferred
