We're seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time permanent night shift opportunity in Mattoon, IL

Compensation & Schedule
- $37.23 – $57.71/hour (Based on Experience)
- +$4.00/hour Night Shift Differential
- +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential (Stackable)
- Potential Sign-On Bonus
- Potential Relocation Assistance
- Full-Time | Permanent
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being while responding to obstetric emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and multidisciplinary staff.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth, newborn care, and recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control standards.
- Serve as a clinical leader and support team coordination during assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN License
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
- NRP Certification (Required within 1 year of hire)
- BLS/CPR Certification
- ACLS (Preferred within 90 days of hire)
