Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our team. This role is central to delivering patient-focused care in our Direct Primary Care model, supporting physicians and ensuring seamless clinical operations. The position is Monday-Friday, daytime hours only- no nights, weekends, or holidays.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments, including vitals, health history, medications, and allergies.
- Provide direct patient care such as wound care, injections, immunizations, and diagnostic testing.
- Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and treatments.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
- Administer medications and document care per established protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient clinic environment while following infection control protocols.
- Support patient flow and clinic operations for an outstanding patient experience.
- Collaborate with the care team across Solstice Health locations as needed.
- Active RN license in Wisconsin.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (primary care, outpatient, or urgent care preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
