- Work with a cross‑functional team to provide support and mentoring.
- Coordinate with the current ops team and guide preparation for production increases.
- Meet weekly with operations leaders and provide improvement opportunities.
- Serve on the shop floor as an ops lead, guiding products more efficiently out the door.
- Assist in the documentation of improvements and standard work.
- Relevant experience in aerospace operations, including scheduling, planning, supply chain, and operations lead process improvement.
- 10–40 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment; self‑directed work also required.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
$35–$180 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, following our internal pay structure. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
Work Requirements- 100% on‑site position located in Rockford, Illinois.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements.
- Work in a shop‑floor environment that may involve extensive walking and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- No travel required.
