Rockford Ball Screw seeks a Quality Engineer to drive product quality and quality processes in aerospace-grade manufacturing. You will design, implement, and maintain QMS to ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 and customer contracts, acting as SME and leading audits.
You will lead root cause analysis, CAPA, PFMEA, APQP participation, and SP C-based data analysis, while mentoring QC and manufacturing staff to improve quality metrics and reduce variance.
