What You Will Do
- Author and edit test procedures
- Author and edit test readiness reviews
- Author and edit test reports
- Participate/Lead test readiness review meetings
- Participate in casting recovery update meetings

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline with up to 1 year of experience
- Or associate degree in engineering discipline with 3‑5 years manufacturing experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment, but also self‑directed when required
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be a U.S. Citizen
$21/hour–$24/hour. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
Work RequirementsThis role is considered an on‑site position located in Rockford, IL. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include extensive walking and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.
