Quality Field Engineer

Assist Superintendents and Project Managers in project completion
Ensure all phases of mission-critical projects are carried out with the desired level of quality from inception through turnover
Support the Quality Manager with implementation and execution of project-specific QA/QC plans
Conduct daily walkthroughs and field inspections for CSA and/or MEP installations
Monitor and update Inspection Test Plans, test logs, inspection logs, and quality-control tracking records
Compile photographic evidence and supporting documentation for QA/QC activities
Monitor deficiencies and document corrective actions
Support completion lists, punch lists, and phase turnover activities
Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications
Participate in preparatory meetings and first work inspections
Coordinate third-party testing and track special inspections using Smartsheet Work Apps
Track AHJ inspections and file documentation in project management software
Share lessons learned with project teams and trade partners

• 1+ years of successful construction management experience
• A bachelor’s degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management
• Previous construction quality control experience is preferred
• Willingness to travel

• Excellent communication with trade partners and project team members
• High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
• Knowledge and experience with project management software like Procore, Auto Desk, CxAlloy, Bluebeam, Smartsheet
• Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.

Demonstrates expertise in construction management, quality assurance, and project oversight, ensuring compliance with specifications and effective communication with stakeholders. Proficient in utilizing project management software to track inspections and manage documentation.
