** Estimated annual base pay:** $108,000 (minimum) - $140,000 (midpoint) - $173,000 (maximum)

* Summary:

** The Internal Quality Manager is responsible for leading the deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across Fuel Systems & Controls operations. This position provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving product quality, process capability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
The Internal Quality Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Customer Quality teams to improve First Pass Yield (FPY), reduce nonconformances, strengthen root cause corrective action effectiveness, and ensure compliance with AS9100, AS9110, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
