Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare foods that are to be grilled, fried, broiled, baked, boiled, braised, poached in Asian cuisines according to designated recipes and quality standards.;
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.;
Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.;
Operate, maintain, and clean equipment such as deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, etc.;
Assist in lowering food cost and waste and rotate stock using FIFO.
