Kelley Williamson Co is seeking Full Time Seasonal Maintenance workers to perform light maintenance and repairs at our Kelley's Market locations and dealer sites. The position begins as soon as weather permits, typically between April and October, and continues until weather conditions no longer allow outdoor work.

• Painting interior and exterior structures
• Performing light repairs around structures
• Parking lot repairs, such as pothole filling
• Cleaning interior and exterior areas, including refrigerated spaces
• Weeding grassy and mulched areas
• Power washing parking lots and car washes
• Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly

• Ability to operate handheld and small power tools, drills, power washers, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs
• Constant movement required, including walking, standing, and lifting

Full-time, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM. Work is outdoors in various weather conditions, including exposure to extreme heat.
