St Joseph Retail Assistant Manager

• Assist the GM in leading a team of 3-5 associates.

• Lead and inspire a team focused on the customer and driving results

• Support the team in giving one-on-one styling while offering customers an experience that makes them look and feel their best.

• Assist with new hires, associate development, and retention

• Receive inventory and support staff with tagging/steaming/merchandising

• Assist in visual presentation

• Assist in social media

• Generate sales and profits.

• Drive new ideas and creative problem solving

• Previous management experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment

• Strong selling and customer relationship skills

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work as a team to meet and exceed goals.

• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours 30-40 hours per week
