Job Overview
As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. From receiving and organizing merchandise to picking, packing, processing trailers, retrieving orders from our back-of-house storage and delivering them curbside to the customer; monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders, and you’ll help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently.
You ll also play a key part in customer interactions - greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

- Support store operations by receiving and organizing merchandise, tagging items, and maintaining stockroom organization.
- Process deliveries and curbside orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with BOPS readiness and monitor alerts to meet pickup commitments.
- Greet customers, resolve issues, and deliver orders with care to contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide honest, caring, and collaborative service.
- Strive for continuous improvement, meet sales goals, and contribute to store results.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goals and enjoy engaging with people.
- Resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to work on your own or in a team.
Physical Requirements
- Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to perform job functions and process transactions.
