Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology.
Work Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (weekends not required).
Represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to field services management and keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and team installations of 2+ people.
- Manage virtual software to ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and daily anomaly reporting.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment, attend training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hours and locations may vary week to week, with occasional weekend, early morning, and holiday shifts as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and communication across teams.
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Ensure alignment and operational success across company and cross‑functional processes.
- Provide and receive feedback, aiming for continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets KPIs.
- Provide feedback and receive feedback to improve service.
- Age: 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical:
Climb ladder up to 10 feet; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead. - Availability:
Flexible, Monday‑Friday, with weekend and holiday availability; early morning and late‑night as needed; maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period; travel up to 90 miles per assignment. - Communication:
Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, and apps. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. - Experience:
Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. - Technology:
Own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently. - Training:
Complete all training assignments within designated time frame. - Transportation:
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance. - Leadership:
Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills; decision making, judgment, and problem solving. - Autonomy:
Ability to work independently with excellent time management and reporting.
- $18.00 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
