At Sam's Club, the Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate plays a vital role in keeping fresh food shelves stocked and operational while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the freezer and deli areas. The Associate supports the customer experience by providing outstanding service at the deli, maintaining high product quality, and upholding food‑handling and safety standards.

• Maintain safety by following all company safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Stock and manage inventory in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas according to company procedures, including temperature checks, expiration verification, and proper placement.
• Assist members by locating and recommending products, handling deli orders, and resolving any questions or concerns.
• Operate, clean, and sanitize equipment, monitor freezer/cooler performance, and follow food‑handling and cold‑chain policies.
• Keep the sales floor organized and presentable, including signage, pricing, and display organization.
• Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and documentation as directed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.

• Experience in stocking, inventory management, or a customer‑facing role within a retail/fresh‑food environment.
• A passion for and experience with stocking and customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing work scenarios.

Hourly rate: $18.00 – $26.00, plus possible premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule or specific work performed. Additional benefits include medical, vision, dental coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and Walmart’s Live Better U educational assistance.
