Job SummaryCommunity Specialist – Execute the store’s community strategy, building relationships with local partners, hosting events, and delivering a world‑class guest experience that reflects the store’s community perspective.
Core Responsibilities- Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy and guest experience to life.
- Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, studio owners, Sweat Collective partners) to increase guest acquisition and retention.
- Engage the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and bolster the store’s reputation as a community hub.
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
- Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events.
- Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
- Review community‑relevant business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Work schedule varies based on store needs.
- Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak periods or special events, schedules may include early mornings or late nights/overnights.
- At least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (or higher).
- Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners and motivating team members to achieve goals.

Base Pay Range: $22.50–$25.89 per hour, subject to local minimum wages.
Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.50–$27.89 per hour.
