As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

• Pay: $40.00 per service
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:30am
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers
• Support during festive seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas by preparing stores for increased demand
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders
• Walk and stand most of the shift

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
• Internet access and a smartphone
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
