Assist with the management of all aspects of Store operations including customer service, store condition and the selection, training, supervising, and performance management of Store Sales Associates;
Assists in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to store;
Collaborates with team members to ensure the store meets or exceeds the established merchandising standards for product quality, presentation and visual marketing/merchandising;
Keeps up with reporting to support sales, earnings, and minimizing shrink;
Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager
