The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division in Rockford, IL is seeking a dedicated Lead Store Sales Associate to support our store management team and run daily retail operations. You will help drive sales, oversee opening/closing, deposits, and inventory turnover while delivering exceptional customer service.
