Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and makes service a top priority.

• Generate Sales
• Responsible for meeting goals and measures
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers
• Supports in‑store event sourcing and execution

• Ensures the store reflects the vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” through “Hosting the Party”
• Leads the store in email capture and educates new associates on best practices
• Ensures the customer wish list is always current and customers are notified when products arrive

• Assists with training new associates
• Fosters a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic crew and customer environment
• Helps recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams
• Supports store and team‑building activities with the management team

• Maintains efficient merchandise controls
• Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
• Maintains a clean and tidy store environment

• Maintains merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
• Contributes to weekly product feedback

• Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sale and repeat business
