2nd shift General Merchandise Clerk

As an entry‑level team member, you will provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. Your range of responsibilities will include product merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and customer interaction.

• Build rapport with customers and provide assistance, directing them to other team members when necessary.
• Stock product and maintain displays in accordance with merchandising standards.
• Use technology to complete sales, inventory, and other tasks.
• Work across a variety of departments:
  Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
• Require weekend availability.
• Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.

• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual.
• Willingness to learn or familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot.
• Process‑driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product; ability to stand for long periods.
• Desire to work consistently with customers.

The position has a step‑pay plan generally starting at $15.25 and up to $16.98, with raises after predetermined hours are worked. All rates meet or exceed the legal wage requirement.
