Pay and Compensation

Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour

• Pay meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage.
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
