- Competitive Pay: $47,000 - $50,000/year + commission, DOE | Credit given for experience
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with nights and weekends as needed

- Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective residents
- Guide prospects through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, applications, and move-ins
- Work collaboratively in a team-selling environment
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership
- Two years of sales or case management experience (required), preference for service industries
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
