Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell to an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor; partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• DOT requirements: active driver’s license, minimum age 21, DOT medical certification, documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

• Base salary and commission potential after route assignment.
• Majority of work a 4‑Day week; no nights or weekends.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions.
