The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing

As a BDR, you are the crucial engine behind the sales pipeline, initiating high-quality relationships with government decision-makers.

  • Strategic Prospecting:
    Identify, research, and engage key stakeholders across Federal, State, and Local agencies using a targeted multi-touch framework.
  • Executive Outreach:
    Confidently initiate conversations with high-level public leaders, including C-suite executives, Directors, and government officials.
  • AE Partnership:
    Collaborate directly with dedicated local Account Executives (AEs) to build out territory plans, map target personas, and occasionally travel for trade shows and strategy meet-ups.
  • Pipeline Generation:
    Secure qualified discovery meetings that smoothly transition into active sales opportunities to hit revenue targets.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Complete a world-class 3-week intensive training program and leverage a dedicated peer BDR Buddy to master elite internal value-selling certifications.
