Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We’re looking for a motivated Entry Level Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Chicago.
This role focuses on new business development: cold calling, quoting freight, and building long term customer relationships.
We are pretty laid back! A collaborative team that already works with great customers, carriers, and we are ready to continue our growth!
What You’ll Do- Prospect and develop new accounts (target: 80+ outbound calls per day)
- Build relationships with OTR shippers and customers across different industries
- Quote and price freight efficiently
- Collaborate with Operations and Management to ensure smooth onboarding
- Strong sales drive and communication skills
- Experience in logistics or freight brokerage preferred
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago
