Customer Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute a profitable selling strategy managing key relationships at Costco Wholesale
• Negotiate customer agreements against annual Haleon operating plans
• Prepare and conduct monthly/quarterly internal presentations
• Identify value‑creation opportunities to build trust and support execution of initiatives
• Lead key activities to progress career and consistently deliver against sales and customer profitability targets
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Strategy, Operations, and Finance for execution excellence
• Document complex issues and proposals succinctly to present to groups
• Proactively identify competitive activity at Costco
• Work closely with Haleon Customer Marketing teams to ensure complete communication of trends and opportunities for brand development

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience working directly with Costco and/or other large customers
• Experience with Circana (IRI), POS data, Retail Link, and Category Management
• Strong analytics and business acumen – proven track record of success in account management with a focus on fact‑based, analytical selling
