• Guide prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move‑in
• Build relationships and provide personalized solutions based on each prospect's needs
• Conduct community tours and educate prospects on senior living options
• Manage leads, follow‑up activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless move‑in experience
• Represent Wesley Willows at community events and outreach opportunities
• Work toward occupancy and move‑in goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

• 2+ years of sales or case management experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
