Outside Sales Professional

• The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing residential customers
• Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for residential customers
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians for increased opportunities
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with our current base and service specialist engagement
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues while also proposing additional enhancements to pest household services

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)

Demonstrates expertise in selling Residential Pest Management Services and Products, with a strong focus on customer service and communication. Capable of conducting thorough inspections and developing tailored proposals to address pest issues and enhance service offerings.
