Annual Income Range

Average producer: $60,000-$70,000

High producer: $70,000-$90,000

Top producer: $90,000-Plus

• Sell insurance products and grow the agency's book of business
• Leverage existing insurance knowledge to advise clients on the right coverage
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues in the office

• Active insurance license required
• Prior top performing experience in insurance sales required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of sales success
• Must be able to work on-site in Rockford, IL
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including some evenings and weekends.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
