What You'll Do:

• Parts Sales & Customer Service:
  Promote and sell products and services, assist customers in determining their parts requirements, and provide support to meet customer needs.
• Parts Inventory & Billing:
  Organize, maintain, order, and bill parts at the direction of the Quarry & Aggregate Sales Team.
• Order Management:
  Receive and distribute daily stock and customer orders, assist with Machine Down and stock orders, and follow up on shortages to expedite outstanding parts.
• Parts Systems & Product Knowledge:
  Complete required training and maintain knowledge of parts systems for all manufacturers represented by the dealership.
• Department Organization:
  Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient parts department.
• Safety & Training:
  Participate in West Side's Safety Program and complete training assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:
  
  1-3 years in a parts department or related field.
• Customer Service Expertise: A friendly and professional communicator who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional service to customers.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage.
• Team Player:
  Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Flexible
  
  Schedule:
  
  Willing to work some weekends and extended hours as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Exposure to chemicals and machinery parts.
