What You’ll Do:
- Parts Sales & Customer Service
:
Promote and sell products and services, assist customers in determining their parts requirements, and provide support to meet customer needs. - Parts Inventory & Billing
:
Organize, maintain, order, and bill parts at the direction of the Quarry & Aggregate Sales Team. - Order Management
:
Receive and distribute daily stock and customer orders, assist with Machine Down and stock orders, and follow up on shortages to expedite outstanding parts. - Parts Systems & Product Knowledge
:
Complete required training and maintain knowledge of parts systems for all manufacturers represented by the dealership. - Department Organization
:
Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient parts department. - Safety & Training
:
Participate in West Side’s Safety Program and complete training assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a parts department or related field.
- Customer Service Expertise: A friendly and professional communicator who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional service to customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Flexible
Schedule:
Willing to work some weekends and extended hours as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
- Exposure to chemicals and machinery parts.
