Leasing Specialist

LV Property Management is looking for outgoing, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Rockford, Illinois.

As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the face of the community and the first impression for our future residents. You’ll create memorable experiences, build genuine connections, and turn tours into signed leases.

• Welcoming and building rapport with prospective and current residents
• Managing phone, email, and in-person leads
• Giving daily in-person and virtual tours
• Creating urgency and excitement to close the lease
• Keeping all leasing areas “show-ready” (office, clubhouse, amenities, models)
• Following up via calls, texts, and emails
• Creating and managing social media and marketing to drive traffic
• Understanding the local rental market, competitors and industry trends
• Working in Entrata to manage leads, leases, and maintenance tickets
• Using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Being creative, having fun, and supporting your team

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus

• Salary Range $17 to $19 hourly PLUS commissions and bonuses
