• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Sell luxury diamonds and fine jewelry domestically and internationally
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person, virtual, and exhibition channels
• Support Chicago office operations and team initiatives

• Travel up to 20 weeks per year (non-consecutive)
• Adapt to dynamic schedules and international environments
