Education:

Bachelor's

• Perform organic chemistry syntheses, reagent analysis, and component manufacturing in accordance with production plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished products using advanced ERP functions.
• Recognize manufacturing variables, identify issues, and perform experiments to recommend process corrections.
• Create, revise, and critically evaluate process documents to ensure efficient, reproducible, and high‑quality manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including R&D and EH&S, to support new product development and ensure safety compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong background in analyzing and interpreting scientific data.
• Master's degree in Organic Chemistry (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience working with polymer chemistries (preferred).
• Strong technical writing and organizational skills (preferred).
