Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Grocery Store

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or local responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, sales floor, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related concerns such as suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or unauthorized access attempts;
Support loss prevention and store operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with crowd management, and following post orders related to opening, closing, and high-traffic periods
