Responsibilities- Drive and operate armored vehicles safely and according to company and DOT regulations.
- Serve and maintain ATMs, gaming machines, and other equipment on daily routes.
- Handle cash and secure it in accordance with strict security protocols.
- Work closely with a teammate to complete every stop safely, accurately, and professionally.
- Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures, including the use of FOID cards and other required permits.
- Maintain situational awareness and respond to incidents or emergencies as they arise.
- Assist in the safe loading, transport, and unloading of secure cargo.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented.
- Willingness to learn how to operate and ride in armored vehicles safely.
- Comfortable handling cash, servicing ATMs, gaming machines, and vaults.
- Ability to follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures.
- Valid FOID card (Wisconsin) and ability to obtain a 108 Security Permit (DSPS).
- Security or firearm experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
- High School diploma or GED completed.
- Veterans encouraged to apply.
- Hourly rate: $18–$23 (top performers can earn $25+ per hour).
- Quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $750 to $3,000.
