Job SummaryThe Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, work with mechanical, electrical and diesel equipment conditions, conduct preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipate and correct safety issues (both company and customer owned equipment). The Technician will have direct interfacing with customers and may be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations and customer sites.

- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements
Preferred:
- May have industry‑specific licence(s)
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
- Clean driving record
- Work experience preferred
- 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
- Electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion experience depending on business unit
- Work without direct supervision
- Technically sound
- Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices
- Must have customer service experience
- Demonstrate critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
- Synthesise technical information and communicate it clearly
- Derive insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems often in novel and unexpected ways
