~Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
~Travel: ~60% (Company van provided)
~Competitive hourly pay ($28.00 – $45.00/hour, based on experience)
~Core hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm (When working onsite/varies when in field)

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair machine tools and factory automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
- Provide on-site and in-field technical service and customer support.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Travel to customer sites (approximately 60% - company van provided) , maintaining strong communication and professionalism.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Traveling Field Service Technician/Engineer.
- Background in machine tools, factory automation, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with diagnostic and repair expertise.
- Experience working with a wide range of equipment including CNC machines, spindles, manual machines, grinders, chillers repairs, automated equipments, retrofits, rebuilds, installations and more!
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- State-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with laptops and diagnostic software tools.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (domestic), including overnight and extended stays away from home.
