** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the Rockford Area!
**** What You'll Do:
*** Perform daily maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
* Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance tasks
* Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists
* Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
* Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and pool areas (if applicable)
* Support seasonal maintenance needs including snow removal and weather preparation.
** What You'll Bring:
*** At least one year of maintenance or building maintenance experience
* Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
* Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
* Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional evenings or weekends
