Pay Rate: $33/hr on W2 + Overtime (1.5x after 40 hrs)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryMaintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on plant mechanical and electrical equipment to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Repair pumps, motors, conveyors, filling, and packaging equipment.
- Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic welding, fabrication, piping, and electrical repairs.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, USDA, OSHA, and NEC standards.
- Experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and use maintenance tools.
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
