Service Technician – Commercial HVAC
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday – Friday, occasional overtime.

Job Duties- Providing service, maintenance, repair and installation of Commercial and Residential HVAC Systems
- Retrofit / Changeout Installation
- Communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
- Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Services
- Furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTU's, walk-in and reach-in coolers, Freezers, chillers, make up air units etc.
- Duct work as needed
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Operate scissors and Genie lifts in a safe manner
- We install Trane and Bryant equipment
- Take home vehicle + gas card
- Dispatched from home via Service Titan
- Locally owned and operated
- Management is available and helpful – you are part of the team!
- Training for NATE Certifications
- Company paid dealer training for Trane and Mitsubishi

- 3+ years of HVAC commercial & Residential service experience
- Annual maintenance experience
- Refrigeration experience – Desired
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial and Residential HVAC equipment
- Customer Service – communicate clearly to commercial customers and coworkers
- Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School – Desired
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
