WE’RE HIRING: HDD FOREMAN & OPERATORS (UNION – LOCAL 150)
We’re growing our underground utilities division and looking for experienced HDD Operators & Locators to join our team. If you know how to run work, keep production moving, and take pride in your crew—we want to talk.
What we do:Underground utility work including fiber, and heavy civil projects across the Chicago land area.
What You’ll Be Doing- Running or supporting HDD crews on utility installations
- Managing daily production, safety, and job coordination
- Operating drill rigs, locating systems, and support equipment
- Working on projects tied to major utility providers and civil contracts
- Minimum 2+ years underground utility experience (HDD preferred)
- Experience with drill operations, locating, or crew leadership
- CDL Class A (preferred)
- Ability to work in a union environment (Local 150)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Union position aligned with Local 150 scale
- Consistent, year-round work (no gaps between projects)
- Modern, well-maintained equipment
