Machine Repair Technician II (AWS 2nd Shift, Fri‑Sun 3PM‑3AM)
We are seeking a proactive, skilled technician for high‑reliability aerospace manufacturing. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in machinery, performing routine and corrective maintenance, and keeping accurate records of all work completed.
Salary and Shift InformationHourly Pay: $24.52 – $31.73 – $39.42 (plus a shift differential)
Hours:
AWS 2nd Shift, Friday through Sunday 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM
1st week of Orientation/Training:
Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems to determine corrective actions.
- Execute routine and corrective maintenance tasks to keep machinery performing optimally.
- Accurately document all repair and maintenance actions in the maintenance management system.
- Communicate effectively with other technicians and departments to coordinate repair activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Proficient mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Expertise in maintaining accurate technical documentation.
- Ability to calibrate machinery to specifications.
- Knowledge of safety compliance protocols and regulations.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Commitment to quality control standards.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Clear communication of technical information.
- Team collaboration skills.
